Verse of the Day
Luke 21:29
Reflections On The Scripture: In this simple yet powerful verse, Jesus employs the fig tree as a metaphor to illustrate an important truth. We see that when a fig tree blossoms, we understand that summer is near. This is the tree’s unique way of communicating with nature’s divine rhythm. In a parallel way, we are each like a fig tree, specifically designed to bear our unique fruit in our divinely assigned season. We have an inherent purpose and at the right season, we should bear fruit. Therefore, let's embrace our individual seasons of growth, knowing that our Creator has a purpose and a plan for each stage of our life. Don't rush your blooming period. Allow God's timing to take its perfect course in your life.
