Verse of the Day

Leviticus 7:15
And the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace offerings for thanksgiving shall be eaten the same day that it is offered; he shall not leave any of it until the morning.
Reflections On The Scripture: This passage from Leviticus reminds us of the importance of fully accepting and indulging in the blessings provided by God. When we make a sacrifice to Him, in the form of thanksgiving or deeds, we must not delay in savoring the reward. It calls us to live in the present moment, not leaving any blessing to the morrow. Just like the sacrifice should not be saved for the next day, we should not delay our praise or thanksgiving to the Lord. Instead, we should rejoice and celebrate His generosity today as His blessings and favor are new every morning. This verse prompts us to value the precious gift of 'today' and make the most of the blessings that are given to us.
