Verse of the Day
Hosea 12:5
Reflections On The Scripture: In the space of our lives, we often seek physical monuments or symbols to remind us of significant events, accomplishments or people. But in Hosea 12:5, we are reminded that our most profound memorial is not a statue, a building, or even a exalted event in our history. It is the Lord, the God of hosts. More than any physical monument, God Himself signifies a powerful, eternal symbol of love, salvation and faith. Our memories may fade, stones may erode, and monuments may crumble but God and His love for us remains unchanging; an eternal, indestructible memorial that stands firm not only in the events of our past but also guides us in our present and promises to usher us into a glorious future. His presence in our lives serves as our constant remembrance of His unceasing love that preserves, sustains, and renews us every day.
