Verse of the Day
Genesis 37:2
Reflections On The Scripture: Beloved, today's word comes from Genesis, drawing our attention to the life of Joseph. A young man of seventeen, Joseph didn't separate himself from his duty even at his tender age. He wasn't isolated or lazy, but was out in the fields, laboring alongside his brethren. This story reminds us that every season of our life has an destined purpose. Serving in the small things, working in the fields, dealing with difficult people - all these are not mere coincidences, but stepping stones toward greater things. Joseph’s life, filled with triumphs and trials, symbolizes our own journey of faith. As Joseph brought their evil report to his father, let us likewise remember to bring all things - good or bad - before our Heavenly Father, believing in His promises and provision for our lives.
