Verse of the Day
Ezekiel 24:7
Reflections On The Scripture: Ezekiel 24:7 communicates a deep and profound message about acknowledging our sins and transgressions. Often, we commit wrongdoings and try our best to sweep them under the rug, attempting to cover them with the dust – this is emblematic of our denial and resistance in accepting fault. Yet, just as the blood described in the verse is set upon the top of a rock, God sees our sins clearly. What's important for us to realize through this biblical teaching is that God knows our transgressions, and instead of hiding them, we should openly acknowledge them. For it is through recognition and transformation of the self, we uncover the way to divine forgiveness and grace.
