Verse of the Day
Acts 13:5
Reflections On The Scripture: This scripture illustrates our divine assignment, given to us by the Almighty -- the call to spread His Word in all corners of our lives. Just as the disciples preached in synagogues in Salamis, we too are called to proclaim the divine love, mercy, and salvation of our Lord in our homes, workplaces and communities. John, mentioned in the scripture, signifies the fact that we don't walk this path alone. God positions people in our lives to minister to us, to support us, and to inspire us in our spiritual journey. What a loving reinforcement of our belief, that no matter where we are or what we're going through, we are never alone, and are always part of a greater divine plan.
