I bought a set of mattresses the policy was they would order and they would contact me, after waiting the week I didn't receive a call so i contacted the store iwas informed by haley the truck was delayed and it would be a few more days before they come in, again I was told I would receive a call i gave it a few days and called the store I was then told by haley my mattresses were sold because I didn't pick them up, i informed her I didn't get a call and that i kept being told when i called they didn't ever come in. haley the said store policy is to pickup in 3days then sam the store manager said i must have picked them up which was an absolute lie.
