Pray that the (3) Appeal Board judges (Connor, Godkin, Weaver) refer my appeal back over to the Trial Court (Judge Addington). New evidence has been discovered that was not submitted to the Appeals Board because it was not available at that time. By referring back to the Trial Court – I can submit the new evidence. I should be able to win my case at the Trial Court level. Experiencing justice and victory will help me to increase my faith levels in other areas of my life moving forward.
