Wrongly suspended for 6 weeks then fired, in July/August 2022, right before annual raise and summer bonus. Totally unemployed since last January, as no one wants a 58 year old with congestive heart failure, which only limits me in weight lifting and constant bending/lifting. I'm seeking all lost back pay, all lost bonuses, 2 lost raises, and all savings I've used up. Seeking to be rehired with a substantial raise, and on my terms, with multiple letters of apology from the HR guy, the owner, the COO, and the company president, and statements from all, that that will never happen again. Seeking all involved including 4 co-workers, to be penalized for their involvement, including restitution from them. Thank you.
