I guess alot of people don't get to practice Lung power. I don't know how prayer works but I believe it helps me breath right. Nothing, that's kinda hard to imagine as an awnser to a lung journey. But it common. I guess this is a prayer request to open up to someone about my lung journey. Sports, school, work, short journeys, long journeys, and short journeys. It's pretty cool. Maybe just a PSA that sports are always there for you. Anyways, God Bless and oh yeah, can you help me with consumption, hydration, and rest. I know it's a big deal. Kinda just need help because foods good, water is good, and rest is good. The Lord just likes it in moderation. Which I agree. Thanks!
