As a music lover, I’m always looking for new songs and albums to spruce up my playlists.  Christian music has come a long way in a short amount of time.  I can find Christian artists in just about any genre I’m looking for!  Here are 5 new Christian albums that came out this month.

1. Legacy (Live) [Deluxe Version] –  Planetshakers

There’s something about a live album that really wakes you up. This one has quite a few up beat electronic sounding songs, with a few slower songs to balance it out.  Listen to this when you’re in the shower or getting ready in the morning as a great way to start your day.

2. The Darker the Night / The Brighter the Morning – Cody Carnes

I’ve been listening to this album to help me get through the work day. One of my favorites is “Til the End of Time” (feat. Kari Jobe). Kari is Cody Carnes wife, which sweetens up the deal for me.  Theres nothing better than a talented husband/wife team.

3. Goodish – Deraj

Deraj is a Christian rap artist, so if you’re into rap this is perfect for you.  Listen on the way to or from work to help you through the commute.

4. Nothing Ordinary (Pt. 2 / Live) – North Point InsideOut

Another live album that energizes you.  Nothing Ordinary Pt. 2 brings us 5 tracks to add to our playlists.  Some songs are newer while others are recognizable.  Personally, I’ve been feeling “Heaven is Here,” but with only 5 songs you really can’t go wrong here.  Play this any time you need a breather throughout the day.

5. The Acoustic Sessions – Jason Gray

Who doesn’t like some chill acoustic music to wind down to at the end of the day?  Jason Gray has a soothing voice and these 4 acoustic covers are perfect for relaxing to.

Between these 5 new albums I hope you find some great new songs to update your playlists with.  If you’ve found something you’re loving – let us know!  We’d love to hear what you’re listening to.
